Challenges
Breaking Through E-Commerce in 2026
Terrific faced the classic B2B challenge of standing out in an increasingly crowded marketplace. Their ideal decision-makers - ecommerce store owners and marketing executives across the US - were already drowning in generic sales pitches, raising the bar for what it actually takes to earn a response.
At the same time, their sales team was burning hours on manual research and personalisation, leaving little room for the relationship-building that actually converts prospects into customers. The challenge was clear: how do we scale intelligent outreach, without losing the all-important human touch?

Our Approach
Hyper-Personalisation
We developed a workflow that combined the research capabilities of Perplexity with the marketing intelligence of Claude. Using an omni-channel setup across LinkedIn and email, the system worked in three phases:
First, we identified Terrific's ideal brands in the US & Canada. We used Perplexity to conduct deep research at the account level - recent news, industry trends and pain points - building a clear picture of where each brand was headed.
Then, we segmented based on which stores had recent product launches or category expansions, identifying the offers that would be perfect for live shopping.
Finally, we used Claude to help create a custom written game-plan for each prospect, showing exactly how we would monetise their first 3 events - live drops, gamification ideas, and predicted ROI.
This created the ultimate lead magnet. Before a single prospect had even replied, they were holding a detailed, personalised roadmap built specifically for their store. It front-loaded the conversation with a high amount of value, and created a narrative that positioned Terrific as the ideal partner to grow their brand.

Our Results
Immediate Impact
Within the first 30 days, Terrific's pipeline grew by $330K. The system achieved a 34% higher open rate compared to their previous efforts, with a 28% increase in positive response rate. The quality of leads improved dramatically, reducing the sales cycle by 23% compared to previous campaigns. And most importantly, 4 new clients were signed, generating an lifetime value of $115,000.
A month was all it took to crack the US market.
