Challenges
Bringing Their Unique Platform to Market
Lydia faced the challenge of getting a focused, category-specific platform in front of the right brands at the right time. They knew the product was strong, but the market wasn't hearing about it enough, and their visibility among leaders lagged behind more generalist influencer tools.
The sales team were also investing significant time in manual demand generation efforts, segmenting accounts individually in order to convey the true value of the tool to those prospects. This left little time for strategic conversations, partnership opportunities and the laser-focused nurturing required for high-potential accounts.
Our goal was simple: to put Lydia in front of the exact decision-makers who need exactly what they sell.

Our Approach
Turning Intent Signals into Meetings
To help Lydia reach the right audience, we focused on established media & ecomm brands that were already investing in growth and marketing tools. Our idea was to find brands who were already spending on paid media, signalling that they were ready to scale and just needed the right tool.
The first step was building a 'Dream 100' list around media businesses, with clear budgets and existing digital marketing sophistication. By leveraging publicly-available data, we identified past interest in influencer marketing or performance-driven partnerships.
Then, we installed our 'Predictable Pipeline OS' - a Loom outreach system that's able to send highly-personalised and engaging videos to each prospect. The magic of this system lies in the amount of pure value we're able to convey within a short video. It allowed us explain exactly how we'd convert their existing budget into measurable ROI.
Here's the key: We also created highly-engaging, outcome-focused assets within each message, including a curated shortlist of ideal creators who were ready to work with them. This positioned Lydia as a strategic partner that had already done the thinking for them, resulting in warm engagement and a significantly higher meeting rate.

Our Results
A Monumental Impact - 5 Clients in 2 Months
Over the course of the 3-week campaign, we generated 21 meaningful sales conversations from the Dream 100 list, converting 5 to sale within a 2-month period (a 24% close rate). This more than doubled Lydia's previous outbound close rate of ~11%, with intent-led targeting proving the needle-mover in attracting ideal-fit customers.
Meeting quality, attendance and sales cycle duration also improved substantially. Show-up rates for booked calls went up from ~54% to 79%, while the ratio of qualified conversations also flipped from 60% unqualified, to an incredible 92% clearly within ICP.
This relieved a major burden on time, with their sales team now replacing manual prospecting efforts with a renewed focus on engaging their ideal prospects.
